Operating Protocols for Maritime Intelligence.

By accessing Bosphorus Data Nexus, you enter a binding agreement centered on the ethical utilization of global maritime trade data. These terms govern our analytics platform, proprietary port statistics, and proprietary algorithmic outputs.

Maritime vessel navigation

Authorized Intelligence Use

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize shipping analytics for internal commercial strategy, logistics planning, and academic research. This includes the visualization of port statistics within our secure interface.

Authorized actions include the generation of downloadable summary reports for stakeholders, provided all Bosphorus Data Nexus watermarks and proprietary attributions remain intact and unaltered.

Platform Restrictions

Any attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract raw data structures from the Nexus portal via automated scripts or AI training models is strictly forbidden. We do not permit the resale of our proprietary intelligence to third-party data aggregators.

Users may not circumvent our authentication layers or attempt to stress-test our API infrastructure without written prior consent from our Istanbul headquarters.

Ownership of Synthesized Knowledge

Proprietary Algorithms

Every trendline, predictive model, and port congestion forecast generated by our platform is the sole property of Bosphorus Data Nexus. While you own the business decisions derived from our data, the mathematical architecture and "Nexus Score" remain our trade secrets under international copyright laws and Turkish IP regulations.

P.02

User-Generated Intelligence

Custom filters, saved queries, and dashboard configurations created by the user remain confidential. We do not claim ownership over your specific analytical workflows, but we retain the right to aggregate anonymized usage patterns to improve platform stability for all subscribers.
